Could the hot weather & poor air quality be making me feel lethargic & depressed!

Question: Could the hot weather & poor air quality be making me feel lethargic & depressed today!?
I live in LA and it's 82 degrees here and ashes are flowing around the air from the fire!. I normally am a pretty happy person, but today I just feel miserable and I'm wondering if the weather could be affecting me!. I have absolultely no energy - I feel like I'm leadened down - and I'm depressed, even though I don't have a reason to be!. I just can't focus on anything!.

I'm almost 17 and healthy!. I have no history of mental illness / pscyhological problems!.

Any ideas on what I should do to snap out of this & feel better!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, it could be your environment!. Mild depression can be caused by environment or situational things!. It is very depressing being out there with lots of terrible damage occuring!.

Suggestions to feel better:
1) Go out with friends!. Catch a movie, get some pizza, laugh!.
2) Talk to your family and friends about your feelings!.
3) Help people!. Volunteer to help people that are in need during the fires!. Helping people usually makes people feeling better!.

Hang in there!. If it gets worse, see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
