i feel like having sex all the time, and due to this i m not able to consentrate on my other thing what should i do to avoid this so that i can consentrate on other thing too please help Www@Answer-Health@Com

buddy,dont worry, its not abnormal and you are not alone; its your age which makes you to behave like this!. but unless and until you are not genuinely interested in getting rid of this, it will continue to haunt!. if you are sincere, some of the following steps would definetely help;
a) engage yourself in intense physical exercise session, like gym!. while you do so your testrone will be used up, thus bringing some relief!.
b) engage yourself in some form of maritial arts, as this not only is a self defense technique, but helps manage your concentration and manage your thoughts
c) keep yourself busy always, either studies, physial activities, like playing, gym, maritial arts, hobbies, going out with friends, doing some yoga and host of other interesting things which you can constructively!.
d) have a short term goal, like joining a gym, learning a new language, scoring better marks or whatever it is!. when you have a goal and if you are focusing your efforts, your thoughts will be more orchestrated!.
if you look at all the above, the underlying theme is keeping yourself busy and channelising your thoughts in a +ive direction!.
remember what i stated at the start, if you sincerely wish, you can get over this!. most of the guys in their teens, go through this, buddy!.
