Why do I have a high/upper feeling taking Sudafed with Celexa?!

Question: Why do I have a high/upper feeling taking Sudafed with Celexa?
So I take 10mg Celexa in the morning soon to be 20mg and I just got over the Flu and have a horrible runny nose so a friend recommended just normal Sudafed so i bought a box after work tonight and took two 30mg pills and now 30mins later I feel like I could run forever and do anything cause i feel so pumped up and my nose is really clear which is what i was going for. But Could there be an interaction with the two drugs that is making me feel this way and how would that be? It's actually a good feeling cause ive been so down and depressed and that's why i'm going up to 20mg Celexa next week. Just strange so though I might throw this out there :)

Sudafed is a stimulant. Many people have a bad reaction to it-like feeling like they're on speed. Don't take it. It makes me feel "up" too. But its not a good up, its a drugged up. Taking it with the Celexa is probably increasing the effect. Try Sudafed PE instead.

I'd go to the Pharmacy and ask them if you can take these medications together just to be safe, maybe they can tell you what might be more compatible better safe then sorry.
