last night i stayed at my girlfriends house and we was laying n da dark talking then that morning she tells me i twitch really bad last night so i google it and seen that it could b seizures so i ask ppl and they give me the same answer so i start asking her questions like how long it happen "she said bout a min or so" i ask her how bad it was and she said was crazy cause i remember waking up and not even knowing i went to sleep in the first place idk i plan on getting a EEG done to see whats going on cause i never had that happen before now im alil scared to go to sleep not knowing if il make it through the night or now ive had a past history with seizures but been seizure free for a year and trying to stay on track

i have seizures and when i have them in my sleep i experience some of what you experienced so it's possible you could've had one. the eeg test should tell you but not always. i went 19yrs taking eeg tests before it read my problem (damage to left cerebral).

There are three different kinds of seizure.

1. Absence seizures: you may appear to be just staring or blinking.
2. Myoclonic seizures you have short jerking movements of different parts of your body.
3. Tonic-clonic seizures these involve the whole of your body. They are the type of seizure most of us think of when we imagine someone having an ‘epileptic fit’.
