So if you jut ate and were full then have a panic attack rapid heart, is there more chance you will die.
Had one after I ate earlier and my heart was beating zoo hard I could feel

Chest it's never been thy hard before is it the meal I ate, it was a sandwich chips and few buscuits.
Told heart fine had tests holter ecgs???????
Also after dinner my heart is too hard and neck pulse like a drum. I'm 18 iberwieght but recently lost 40

disolve 2 beta blocker tablets under tongue next panic attack
I had panic attacks for 20 years and at age 68 am still healthy with no sign of heart trouble
panic attacks never kill you, it just feels that way.....
