Should I tell my psychiatrist and counselor even about small changes in my healt!

Question: Should I tell my psychiatrist and counselor even about small changes in my health?
Seeing a psychiatrist at a psychosocial rehabilitation service next friday. I've been off and on with them for 3 years now. This will be my first visit back in about a year and some months so they are doing the intake process over agian to see where I am. I know the major things to tell them that have been happening and changed since last time but should I tell him about other changes? Like one of them is I can't pass those personality tests for a job anymore I always fail for some reason, memory and stutter got worse, fidgeting a lot more, and other overall changes?

Answers:

Yes always tell them every detail.

Don't hold ANYTHING back.

They can not give you the correct advice or help you with much without the details.

The more details you tell them, the better.

Its also important to tell them about your past.

Tell them about anything that you believe is weird about you

Tell them about any situations that make you uncomfortable.

Tell them what types of things you have issues remember and what things that you don't

Tell them your strengths and weaknesses

Tell them what makes you stutter the most.

Tell them what makes you fidget and what you do to try and control it.

Tell them everything.

Life Experience.

Yes you have to tell everything so that it will help you your situation .
