Why do I get pissed off in a matter of seconds?!?!

You've got a short temper, that's all. When you feel that anger rising in you, let it go. Don't lash out or explode, just breath out slowly & let it go. Count to ten slowly & keep letting it go. That's kind of the only way to try & control this. And it takes practice & you won't get it right all the time either! Chill out.

Youre being sensitive :/ Some people like to poke at sensitive people just to see their reaction. To get over that rage i had when i was younger i just learned to keep a straight face, let out a sigh and understand it wasn't worth my time... after the countless things i threw at people's heads it seemed like the right thing to do! :P
