I'm 15 male, i weigh 140 lb.. I'm interested in losing about 10-15 pounds and getting toned maybe abbs? Can someone please IM me on aim - jedimasta96 .

just start lifting, join track/football/lacrosse, any sport really, eat your vegetables, proteins, drink milk (not whole), jog/run, and do lots of ab excercises (preferably 3 times a week)
start exercicing and eat the right food,there is no other way
