Do not hurt yourself! I suggest seeing a therapist to help cure your depression. Causing pain will make yourself feel worse, and suicide will make your pain last for ever in an eternity of everlasting fire (Hell). It's something you really don't want to dice with. Please, at least see a therapist about once a week, and I think he/she can really save your life. =)
Sex is the answer for depression. Enzymes, hormones and such. Trigger happiness. Semen is also found to be a type of anti-depressant. Not joking either.
No cutting tho. Find something. A hobby or something that you can occupy yourself with can entertain and that you can enjoy. It takes your mind off depressing thoughts.

you should not cut yourself because you know that it is NOT going to help you. as a matter of fact, it will do the opposite. and your husband should be looking ou for you, and doing whjats best to get you bacj into good health. seek the help you need - see a counsellor, and explain your situation. maybe she or he can refer you to a better place.
DONT KILL YOURSELF!!!!!!! just by reading this post, i can see you are a bit troubled. alot of us go through this, and please just dont kill yourself. for me. do it for me. just run away from life. be who u wanna be do what u wanna do. take a vacation. go somewhere nice.
Every time you have those thoughts, ask you husband to have sex with you. I don't know if that will work, but it might. I'm not an expert in these things, but experts don't always know what they're talking about.

You need to go out and do something productive...maybe like charity work. Do things for others and you will feel good about yourself.
