Get off the computer.....
Have a banana with some hot milk or hot chocolate, get into bed with a book and relax.
If all else fails lie in bed and focus on nothing, a blank mind, no talking in your head, nothing, it may seem weird but it works for me when I have trouble sleeping, it takes some practice, but don't worry about starting all over again.
Also antihistamines work at making you drowsy, if you have any of them in the house?

Do physically activity before you try to sleep. Either go to the gym, run, do jiu jitsu, something that you work hard at for hours then quick protein shake and bed. You'll sleep hard if you are worn out physically.
If you start working out earlier on in the day a lot of times you will be ready for bed earlier. Also, don't eat heavy foods or drink caffeinated drinks before bed
Lunesta! But uhm really just try laying down in bed a closing your eyes and sleep should naturally set in.
Read a book... After 5 minutes, you'll be GONE ;)
