Question: My sister has bipolar. help needed?
my half sister has just been diagnosed with bipolar.
i've been doing all i can to make her feel happier while she's been feeling the symptoms and i'm going through depression and some of her symptoms were similar to mine and i understood a little more than her mum did when she told her.
i just don't fully understand what bipolar is.
can she get over it? and is there anything i can do to make her feel better about it?

Bipolar is when your mood swings start to change. The second she could be happy the second she can be angry. Medication is use for bipolar and the only thing ou can do is support her and make her feel better and understand her.
Most bipolar people need medication to deal with it. Sorry there isn't anything you can do.
