Question: What can i do about my anxiety?
I went through a little hard time growing up in MIDDLE SCHOOL, thought i am out of that phase with the drama and friends and now we are all good again, i am a junior in highschool loving life, but i have anxiety. Its annoyingi hate dealing with it, my symptoms are:
-dizzy
-tense
-blurry vision
-detactment from others SOMETIMES, not bad
My symptoms have changed ALOT
i used to get actual panic attacks, sweaty, sleeplessness
but i AM getting better i saw a FAMILY THERAPYST, which didnt help my PHYSICAL symptoms, only my confidence and coping skills.
How can i feel normal again>
oh by the way i got this ever since i smoked too much marajuana, which caused the panic attack, 9 months ago

go to your doc and get meds...it's the only think that'll work
When you smoke marajuana it affects your brain. I know what it is like to smoke too much and have a panic attack.
You need to heal your brain from the damage you did to it when you smoked to much marajuana.
I would suggest the best thing you could do for yourself is to eat healthy food, get plenty of sleep, and avoid using a mobile phone.
I would suggest trying some calming, relaxing kinds of therapy, for example yoga, going for a sauna, meditation. Perhaps some relaxing aromatherapy oils.
Anything you can to heal your brain up and in time you should get better.
