Question: What would cause someone to be emotionally blank?
This person shows no signs of empathy.
This person lies constantly and fakes emotions.
This person is extremely organized and is very intelligent.
This person suffers from inattentive ADHD.
This person manipulates people and gets other people to do work for him.
This person gets extremely violent and causes people to get hurt by "accident"
This person keeps getting better every day.
Could this a form of autism, shizoid or psychopathy? Possibly a mix?

Past trauma plays a HUGE role in this.. Some things have happened to me and it has caused me to just be blank, I always tell people I don't even remember my own wedding because I'm just gone and don't take anything in. It's kind of a defense mechanism. I would have him go to an EMDR specialist to help get over being neglected and whatever else has happened. Good luck!
This person is not a psychopath. He is suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Or he is now becoming a Sociopath. If you want my opinion that is what he is becoming.
You could just call a counselor and talk to them. Do you want us to say he is a serial killer?
Because that is what you are leading us to think. However only a professional can tell you.
If you think this person is beyond hope there is always medication and therapy!
He needs therapy to deal with the abuse he suffered first.
it very well could be a mix. this sounds almost exactly like a person i know who lives down my street. he was believed to be autistic but was arrested for child molestation when he was 15 and has been notably violent towards others although no charges were ever filed.
Sounds like a sociopath or someone who has autism.
