I have an escalating problem?!

Question: I have an escalating problem?
I haven't been naturally happy in a long time, probably since June. I kind of put myself in a downward spiral four months before that when I started smoking weed and popping adderall. I did these rarely though. Last time I smoked was New Year's. Now, I've started having minor anxiety attacks over odd things, like spending a class with my ex boyfriend that I am good friends with. Last Friday, I discovered a lot of oxycodone and vicodin in my families medicine cabinet from about a year ago. I took one oxy pill Friday, a vicodin on Sunday, and two oxys today because I felt like I needed it to get through the day. I'm honestly depressed and I crave those pills like crazy and I feel awful because I can't take anymore before it getting noticeable. How can I kick this bad habit before it turns into something worse? How can I feel better?

Just stop doing it. Its your choice. Don't be a whiny douchebag like all those other poor addicts and say "it isn't my fault!" You know it is your fault because you are the one that did it when you know you don't want to and it is wrong. So ... just don't do it. Good enough?

Sorry but the amounts your taking does not amount to a habit, addiction or anything. You're taking prescribed dosages, so any real "high" your getting is more placebo then anything. Should you stop before it escalates into an actual addiction? Yes, should you flush your parents drugs (that they may need) down the toilet like some idiotic person said? No

1) flush all the pills down the toilet.

2) Tell your parents that you are depressed and you need help.

3) Do anything you have to do to get therapy and medication.
