Question: I am so stressed what do i do?
I have just started year 12 and I am so stressed out already. I have already had like 3 panic attacks in 2 weeks, i always feel anxious, I am moody,insane, anxious and terrified. I am taking it out on everyone around em and i feel terrible what can i do.

Tellyour parents, or school counselor/nurse. Exercise ( aerobic ) helps alot to get rid of anxiety. Avoid caffeine. Take time to yourself to relax: listen to music, meditate, hot bath, whatever works. Reach out for help. Also, you may be in a high hormonal state, as you are about to menstruate.

Sweetie, try to say this ‘All is well in my world”, “I invite peace and harmony to dwell in me and surround me at all times” before you go to bed and when you wake up and when you say that feel it and set your mind to believe it, it’s what you called “Affirmation”. Affirmation will work great if you believe and them and live your life with them. By saying daily affirmations or even saying affirmations every other day or as often as you can will actually help you to calm yourself, help you to find a sense of peace and drastically reduce your chances of experiencing another anxiety or panic attack. And never forget to be thankful each morning that you wake up, be thankful for where you are and who you are.
