Ok from a serious sufferer of anxiety myself, a lot of what I tell you is gonna be hypocritical, as I do still suffer anxiety! Butt.. by giving you this advice hopefully you have the focus for it to work!
Breathing!!! Its the key to everything! It sounds so simple yet in the extreme occasions of my anxiety its what brings me back to normal! Breathe in through your nose out through your mouth. Take long slow deep breaths and continue til you feel some anxiety ease. Also you have to visualise your anxiety. When we become anxious, our anxiety rises and rises and rises as we become more panicked and anxious. However, this anxiety and our adrenaline can only hold this much panic for so long, so eventually your anxiety will hit a peak and have to come down. So to avoid panic attacks, visualise your anxiety as it rises try and bring it down and not even hit that peak. If it does hit the peak, keep telling yourself its only gonna last seconds as your body cant sustain this height of anxiety. Hope some of this helps!
