Question: What are some other diagnosis' ?

I have a friend and she has like all of the symptoms of schizophrenia, except for the positive ones and 2-3 negative ones. The doctors ARE NOT helping so I figured I would try this out, I just need a list of a few other diseases that might be possible since she isn't hallucinating or anything.
