Question: I can see myself without seeing myself?
like i'm watching a video of myself.
In other words as i'm writing this I have a box in my mind that shows me a picture of myself writing this. I can look at things, and see myself outside myself.
If im anywhere i see not only who im talking to but myself from a different view. As in if im watching a movie of what's going on.
What is this called? Do you feel that?

Its called a superpower. Benefit from it while it lasts.
Happens to me sometimes, except mine are usually camera angles. Movie style. Meh its weird but not dangerous enjoy.
