Question: Anxiety attack? What do I do?
I think I'm having an anxiety attack. All of the sudden, about 20 minutes ago, I felt tension in the back of my head, my stomach muscle became tight and felt like they were pushing on my ribs, I started hearing echoes when people would talk to me, and I felt light headed. The symptoms are still here but they haven't gotten any worse. Is this anxiety? What do I do?

uhh try to focus on something, anything else than what is happening in your body, and if the symptoms last for more than an hour it woud be a good idea to get them checked out. Youll be ok man
Sounds like an anxiety attack. I have gone through this too many times to know that in the end everything will be alright.
Advice: Don't try to fight it. Just let the anxiety be and it will subside. Every storm will always pass. ;)
