Is my mind messing with me?!

Question: Is my mind messing with me?
Before I start this off, I would like to say that I'm kind of a hypochondriac and I always think that there's something wring with me.

Yesterday for some reason I looked up Throat Cancer (for no reason, just for the hell of it.)
I had none of the symptoms before I looked at the symptoms, and almost immediately after I read the symptoms I started to have them. The symptoms like hard to swallow, sore throat, coughing ect. I got worried and went to sleep. I woke up and all of the symptoms were magically gone, but once I started to think about the symptoms I started getting them again.

I wanted to see what was going on so I just looked up another random disease so I looked up testicular cancer for no reason, just to see if I would get the symptoms. Literally a few minutes after that my balls started hurting and that was one of the symptoms. Also, my symptoms for throat cancer went away.

Is my mind f***in' with me?

Answers:

Yes. The human mind can play tricks to you that may seem to real. You see, your mind sends a message all over to the body that your thinking about something and when your worrying about symptoms of something, the mind sends messages about the symptoms to your body thus creating similar symptoms to what your thinking. My friend was really nervous about this concert and I told her not to think about becoming nervous and puke on stage. But she ended up thinking about it too much and it happened. So don't think about the negatives think about the positives!

We all have every disease according to the internet.

If you're looking for diagnoses, you need a doctor, not a computer. Computers have not spent years at medical school and they cannot examine you.

I think its just mental, you dont have any of those diseases.

Yeah, that's some weird stuff O.o

dude your so fuked.

nah im kiddin, ur just over reacting. dont think about it and you'll be fine.
