My grandmother has devoloped the first stages of all timers. And dosnt remember any thing she keeps forgetting who I am and who every one is. I need help please!

There isn't much more to say after those two great answers, but on a personal note, my grandmother also had althiezmers. I know it is hard to see, but remember that she is still the grandmother that loves you with her entire heart and soul, even if she can't show it as well.
She needs your love more than ever, and even though she may not reciprocate as you may like, she loves you.
