I need therapy but my health insurance won't cover it?!


Question:

I need therapy but my health insurance won't cover it?

I have a fear of commitment. Basic parental-divorce mess as a child, at least that's my best guess as to why I'm 29 and scared to death of getting involved with someone. Even though my girlfriend (now ex) is/was awesome, in the back of my mind I just know everything will fall apart.

I really think I need therapy but my health insurance doesn't cover it. Any advice?
