How do you know if you are genetically predisposed to a mental illness like schizophrenia?
I am curious, because I read that many different things can cause the illness to come out, such as environment, drugs, etc.

It's true that schizophrenia has both genetic and environmental factors. Unfortunately I don't think there's a better way to estimate genetic predisposition than to make a family tree, note any mental illness on it, and examine your position on the tree relative to the mental illness.
