How Would I go about setting a up a foundation for an important cause in honnor of someone?
About a month ago my brother committed suicide by hanging himself. He always had problems, and he even admitted he had problems, baker acting him never helped because they would only keep him for a few days and then let him out, and he did not have insurance to get help for himself. I would love to start a foundation in his name to raise funds for people who need this kind of help but because of personal circumstances are not able to get help.

You will have to start a trust in his name and with you being trustee of that. Get help from your nearest church. They ussually have people that invest in these foundations and will help you get it of the ground.
