Why am i so depressed??
i feel very depressd right now. im bored but thats just not it. im even mad at my bf for no reason and just had a go at my friends! please help....any ideas why i feel this way??

it probably depends on how long you have felt like this. If it's just a short term thing that has happened over the day or wee i wouldn't worry too much, it could be hormones, the weather, or just not a good time for you at the moment, there may not be a causual reason. However, if this is something that has been going on for a while and interupting your daily life and relationships, perhaps it could be depression...it depends if you have any other symptoms etc but if it persists go to your gp.
