Will i ever be happy again?
I have been depressed for 6 months now living week by week syaing i am going to og back over seas so i cant move or take a long term job, although i dont actually go back overseas, when i was in the uk i had an awesome routine, loved my job, great friends lots of fun, i dont feel that i will be happy again unti li have that again but how can i ever as i cannot get that life back and i dont like my life at home and now i have no idea how to get back to the girl i used to be? Other people have what i had here and i could too but now i have been a horrible person for 6 months nad hate myself so much..Will i always be like this?
