Answers:

First things, first. You are not alone. Millions of girls and women deal with these kinds of issues every day. It sounds as if you may have anxiety/panic attacks/depression.

You need to take a few deep breaths, relax, calm down, distract yourself...and call the doctor. You need to get some counseling or medication to combat this issue. You're not crazy, though, so don't be worrying about that on top of everything else ;)

Check out the free clinic or Health Department in your area. they should be able to help you with whatever you need. Also, sit down with a good friend that is SUPPORTIVE, and get your feelings out. Sometimes just talking can help and calm you down.

And as far as your family---don't worry about what they are saying right now; people who haven't been through things like this have no idea what they're talking about. On the other hand, if you want them to understand you better, talk to your doctor first, and tell them what he/she told you so that they can underdstand better themselves, and be more supportive of you.

Good luck :)
