Have my friend taken ecstasy?
My roommate went to a party last night and has been acting weird. i’m too afraid to take him to a doctor since he might be on drugs. I have heard ecstasy is more common in uch parties. Kindly let me know how I can be sure about this and give him appropriate treatment.

Until he is ready to give it up he won't, but oyu aren't even sure if he used it.
He'll be very tired, and not able to eat anything today (if use was last night) Just the thought of food will make him nauseated. This may last for more than just a day but he will have a general "cracked out" look and he'll feel like crap. His body will bounce back, as long as he gives it time to bounce back.
If he continues use he will start to eat less, sleep durring the day, if he sleeps at all. Eyes will become sunken in and dark. He will lose weight. Skin will get yellowish. Jsut like with any and all drug use it is important that the user know your position on the topic, and that they are aware that you are there for them. They also need to know what this can do to them if they continue. X, unlike some other drugs like pot, can become addicive almost overnight. It is really hard to quit it, and even after oyu have it is hard to staty off it.
You best bet is to either lay off him, or if you are close talk to him. Eventually it will become an issue.
