Can my husband get arrested if he does not forcce the kids to go over to their moms house>>?
the kids are suppose to go to their moms house every week end til monday and she is suppose to get them during the summer also, but the kids are still with us... the kids are really afraid of her because she has physically abused them,mentally abuses them. she picks one child as her fave and thinks he is the perfect child, then she abuses my step daughter,she calls her bad names like littleb----, little mother f----,******,and she slaps her face right in front of her friends the 13 yr olds friends. well can my husband get arrested for not making the kids go over there, or what does he need to do, also he has had the kids for 12 years, and now she is trying to get custody,we dont have a lot of money and i am hoping that someone can help,THE MOTHER has BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER...

No...he won't get arrested. We had a similar situation, only she wouldn't let their son come to our house. Only because she's a biatch. And, when my husband complained to the courts, they did nothing. Basically just said "Now, now!". Never did help. Anyways, you should get social services involved or someone! No way can she do what she is doing and get the kids! Tell the police if you don't know who else to call so there is a documentary of the incodents! I know the money thing. We never had alot to get one either, so we didn't. Good luck to you.
