I need help i have manic depression and im a skico?

i just want some one to talk to that knows how i feel

Hi, sweetie. My daughter has a diagnosis of bipolar/schizophrenia disorder, depression with psychoses, and post-traumatic stress syndrome. She is 24 years old and lives with me, along with her two children, ages 3 and 1.
There are a lot of people who know how you feel, but sometimes I know you feel pretty much alone. My daughter and I are managing her "illness" without medications. She's doing pretty well at this point. A lot of the meds they gave her had really bad side effects, and it's hard to find the right combination.
