Have a cut on my thigh?
i cut myself on my thigh and its starting to get a bit red and sore. im an emetophobic (fear of puking ect) and ive heard on occasions that you can get ill from infexction....do you think this cut would make me ill in the next few days?? im keeping it clean now and looking after it but im starting to get quite panicy....can anyone help??? thanks

Signs of infection would be If you develop a fever, or if the wound starts getting more red, swollen, hot to the touch, tender, or begins draining fluid. If it is only a little red around the cut, that is a normal process of healing. If any of the above start, however, you should go see a doctor.
