Somebody asked how to recognize a psychopath, but what makes someone a psychopath?
Answers:
Psychopathy is a form of personality disorder.
That is the persons personality has not developed properly during their childhood.
Psychopathy is only one of about ten different personality disorders
As for what causes this there are several theories but here are two i think are best
1. biological
The part of the brain that deals with personality has somehow been damaged by a head injury or similar, Or it has not grown and developed properly
2. social / emotional
Constant emotional trauma in early life has caused the persons personality to become altered and changed or not develope properly.
In truth it is more likely to be a combination of these things.
Psychopathy is marked by
Manipulative behaviour
narcisism- thinking your better stronger faster more clever than everyone
lack of emotion or empathy
proneness to boredom
pathalogical lying
lack of guilt remorse
sexual promiscuity
lack of long term goals
impulsivity
and prolonged bed wetting in early teenage years (not cuased by a medical condition)
