Twitching and tremor with Wellbutrin XL?!

Twitching and tremor with Wellbutrin XL?

Recently I started on Wellbutrin XL, and when I went up to the 300mg dose, I felt great for the first few days, however, was somewhat agitated. I have also noticed that when my body is still, I get these muscle twitches or jerks. Slight tremor in my right hand...Anybody else experience this? I need help. Is this something temporary?

I also take Effexor XR 75mg, Clonazepam and Seroquel at night for sleep.

i had the jerking and twitching muscles when i was on it too. then, when i was asleep. hubby told me i shook violently, although this never woke me up. i told the doc and she took me off of it. i know it is a stimulating antidepressant so i suspect that's why this happens. i was on it for three years and these symptoms never got better, only worse.
