Food itself will fight to keep you awake.
Go to Wal-Mart and get some Melatonin from the Vitamin aisle. Just don't take it the night before work. Start out on a Friday nite and get used to it over the weekend, that way you know what dosage to take and when to take it before NEEDING up in the morning (because it will kick your *ss).
