Anyone take 5-HTP or Seredyn?

I'm going to my doctor on Monday about my anxiety, but in the meantime I discovered 5-HTP in my local GNC and Seredyn on the computer. I was wondering if anyone takes either one of them (or both), and your opinions on them? My main objective for wanting to take them is to control my crazy anxiety, but I read that 5-HTP controls your appetite as well! Has anyone experienced weight loss/better appetite control? Are you able to live life without as much anxiety? Please, let me know!

I take 5-HTP and I love it. I don't notice the appatite control, but it does help my mood and it also helps my pain, I have a chronic pain issue. But I would suggest going online and purchasing it, because you can get a higher dose pill, such as 100mg that you can not buy in the store and save money.
