Could i possibly have a mental disease?

some people say that i do, but i'm not sure. i am very impulsive, i dont think before i act. i sometimes feel as if i'm losing control of my mind, like i know i shouldnt do it, but i do it anyway. i can also be overly sensitive at times, and i jump to conclusions. i'm very paranoid and cynical. i always have to be right. my friends will point out logic i never considered, but i go ahead and do the stupid thing anyway. i like attention, but deny that i do. sometimes i feel as if i'm going crazy inside my head. people think that i'm strange; weird.

Everyone has something wrong with them and nobody is perfect, so there could be something wrong with you, yes. However, it doesn't necessarily mean you have a "condition". Usually the way mental disorders are diagnosed is if they interfere with your ability to function. For example, someone could just be sad about something and that is completely normal in most cases. However, when that gets so bad that the person doesn't eat or eats too much, doesn't sleep or sleeps too much, gets hopeless, helpless, loses interest in everything and contemplates ending their life then it is considered major depression.
