I don't think I can do this anymore...?!

I don't think I can do this anymore...?

So much confusion, so much mental pain. I have anxiety, and panic attacks that I am hiding from my parents. I can do that...it's not a problem. But songs trigger emotions I have never felt before. It's horrible. I am not at all thinking about suicide, but I need to find out why I am having these anxiety attacks and panic attacks before I do something that I will later regret.

Before you put down any answers of what I might have, or any solution...let's go over some things:
-No parents.
-No doctors.
-No physciatrists.
-No phone calls.
-No medication.
-It's just me and Yahoo! Answers.

If you even mention me doing these things, I won't read your question...and it will only make me not want to tell my parents even more. So please don't. I have asked a lot of question on this, and I am sick and tired of reading the same stuff. I need more options. Thanks.

It's not only that is is hard to breathe now, but it hurts to breathe. Knowing everything that is going on, and stuff that isn't going on. My life is perfect, and I don't know what it could be.

Im going to say WRITE it out. Thats the best way to get out what your feeling if you dont want to talk to anyone. You can also try simple things like talking a walk to get your mind off of things. If you feel things with some songs turn them off. If they are on in the car and you cant turn them off then have an Ipod or Cd player next to you so you can put that on and not have to hear the songs that triger all your emoctions. I really hope that some part of this will help you get better!
