I need words of encourament, and an answer!?!

I need words of encourament, and an answer!?

I have anxiety, I have panic attacks...and I don't think I can do this anymore. I need to talk to somebody, and I want somebody to give me some words of encouragment. I don't know what could be triggering these anxiety attacks...but here is some information...

When did this start?
The anxiety has been going on for about two months, but I have just shrugged it off and moved on. Now it is far worse and sometimes I will just lay awake one morning shaking.
How often does it happen?
Now it has been happening for three days straight, no stopping. The big attacks happen around noon when I am by myself.
Is there something that triggers this?
Nothing that I know of for sure. The last thing that triggered an anxiety attack was somebody mentioning a doctor on one of my questions. I don't wish to go see a doctor, I am not in pain, I just have some little problems.
How long does it last?
Once it starts it continues for about two hours...or until I go to sleep.

First off I want to tell you that you aren't alone in your struggle. Many people are attacked with this disease. I say attacked because it is just that, something attacking you. In your description it sounds like someone is literally standing beside you torturing you. Let me suggest something you probably haven't heard and wouldn't hear otherwise, it could be a spiritual being (something you can't see because we are human and not spirit) that is provoking this anxiety. Being in the situation I'm sure you can judge whether you think this is correct or not.
Let me make a suggestion to you, in the bible it says that Jesus came and died for our sins and that we are not under the curse (any disease) any longer and that when we tell something to be healed it has to do this because we believe in God and what He says.
I must follow this up with some personal experiences of my own.
I have commanded many headaches to go and as soon as I say the words "leave in Jesus name" I have no more headaches.
I do not believe in being sick, unless I willfully sin, and I haven't even gotten a cold in about a year since I first started believing.
Many pains have come upon me such as certain organs hurting inside and I did the same thing and got the same result.
There are so many more...
These are miracles and I don't believe in doctors because I believe God keeps His promises when it says we are healed in His name.
The thing Doctors are good for is if you have like a bone that broke inside and it's stuck inside and you need it removed, then they are good for removing things that shouldn't be in your body.
Anyway, I think if you took God seriously and for His word you could see that this problem would go away as soon as you wanted it to.
