Yes it is possible, but 6 really isn't all that small. It won't be as fulfilling at first but that feeling doesn't usually last that long. It would be a much bigger issue if he was under 5in.

I am serious and honest... But would u make it clear whether ur problem is with length or girth? I think there won't be significant difference in going from 8'' to 6''. But if similar difference is in girth, there may some problem baiscally on psychological part.
