well, it's always best to explain the problem first, and then try to get the cheese to play an active role in resolving the issues. yes I know that some will just ignore you and moulder in the fridge, but you never know one day you may be pleasantly surprised to find that some little Gorgonzola has gone and invented Penicillin!
tell it off when it is naughty and praise it when it is good. Cheese is well known to misbehave if you are not strict enough. So i suggest if it continues to be naughty leave it in the fridge uncovered and let it go mouldy. That'll teach the swine. Hope this helps!!
