Well, all of these answers are great, but if your like me, you can't go unless it is on a toilet. I've been in a similar situation b4 , and I had to pee so bad I didn't think I could wait another second. But I just turned on the tv and tried really hard not to think about it. This helped for a while, but after about an hour, a commercial came on the tv, and it showed someone taking a shower. The sound of water was just wayyy too much. I completely lost control. But afterwards I did feel better. So all in all, try to not think about it until someone who can take you to a public restroom shows up. Hope this helps you.
