Question: Im 15 and the other day i was kissing my 18 year old boyfriend. He got an erection (we've decided not to have sex until im 16+). I carried on kissing him... but i didn't give him any type of sex (oral, intercourse etc) so do you think this might have gave him blue balls? No, just because he didn't masturbate or have sex or whatever doesn't mean he will get blue balls. Men have erections a few times a day and you don't get blue balls from not masturbating everytime you have an erection.
