Your body usually replaces its blood supply within 24 hours.
However, the blood centers do not accept future blood donations from someone for at least 6-8 weeks in order to make sure you've recapped what was lost!
PS~ Don't overdue your activity level for 24 hours, ok.?
8 weeks, that's why you can only donate that often
a week tops
like a day
8-10 hrs. depending on your intake of juice and food.
depends
I'm not sure exactly but not more then a day or so.
Perfection's_Exception
few days mabee a week
call doctor on a phone
abou twelve hours and it will be back to normal nice one mate and keep up the donating this country needs more blood donors
Unless I'm mistaken (which I could be), it takes about 8 weeks. That's why you can't donate more than ones in an 8 week period.

It takes a day or so to replace the blood but a few weeks to replace the red blood cells.
Eight weeks...like everybody said. But a day to replace the blood.
EIGHT WEEKS to replace the cells.
