Question: When s&x ed classes at school talk about homosexuality, lotsa guys and even some girls make noises and stuff. That makes me feel like no matter what the class says, being gay isnt gonna be accepted. So, now what?

Unfortunately there is still a lot of prejudice toward anyone who is a little different - whether it's sexual preferences or something else.Chances are they are afraid to be "different" for fear of not being accepted.
For those who aren't so cautious maybe they need to think about whether or not it's a good idea to be too honest about any differences. I am not suggesting being untruthful just be a bit more private about your personal life.

well i dont know what S&X classes teach, but i do believe that sex education is not always taken seriously by younger kids, because they may feel awkward about it, and feel like jokes help the awkwardness
I think its up to parents and society to help kids grow and be tolerant and accepting of others.
That's the way it is. If just being told right from wrong was all there was to it, no one would ever do any bad things, would they? Just keep reminding yourself that a tenth of your classmates are gay, too, statistically speaking, including some of those who pretend to be anti-gay.
If you get a reputation for being anti-bigot and anti-discrimination in general, then you can safely slap them down for their attitude toward gays without necessarily announcing that you're gay. Your alternative is to suffer in silence. Your choice, whatever makes you least uncomfortable.
ignore it eventually youll develop a tough shell about people like that. but if its your friends say something. as bad as it sounds their are a lot people like that and a lot people who arent both sides have a right to their views butdont let them get away w/ being rude or cruel if they are speak up or things wont change
kids have a hard time understanding some aspect of sexuality and so they laugh or make jokes
most people believe that sexual preference is not determined until the 20's when the person has had a chance to try different sexual activities
many boys falsely think that if the masturbate or masturbate with a friend that means they are gay, it does not
curiosity is normal during puberty
at some point those who are gay will be accepted

Man if someone can't except you for who you are, Then they don't need to be talking to you, know what I mean. Because if they just going to be looking at your sexuality instead of your personality, then they just plain old dumb man. But if you don't feel right in some of those classes then you should also talk to your teacher in what is making you feel so uncomfortable. I'm sorry man I know that it sucks to be around so many haters, but there are always going to be some. So just stay out of the drama, and stay on top.
It's been that way and isn't going to change much. Many people are tolerant, but don't really condone being gay.
My solution is to be what I am, but not 'flaunting' it. You would never know that I'm gay, and that's true of a lot of guys. But, people associate gayness with being flamboyant and being a wussy.
Choose your friends and colleagues wisely.
is never going to be totally accepted sorry.... but really our government and word really was established on "christianty" and being a homo or a lesbian isnt never going to toally fit in just like racsimsi you will always have some southerner who doesnt like a black person but now a days its not that bad but never totally excepted

...because gay people are usually made fun of in schools...high schools, anyway. Well, actually, no, I take that back. There was a gay guy at my middle school 2 years back and he wasn't made fun of...well, not by the people he knew, anyway.
And being gay isn't normal, to tell you straight up (no pun intended...I dunno if that's a pun to begin with :s). Like the first guy said. It's Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. That's why people laughed...people laugh at the unnatural...it's just how people are. I don't laugh at gay people. I think it's disgusting, but that's me.
