Bicep exercise?!
Question: i do incline bicep curls, 4 sets 5 reps, is this appropriate for strength training? can i effectivley build muscle this way?

u should start with 5 sets of 5 reps and gradually go for more sets and more reps, dont try and rush it do it at your pace and u will gradually get bigger and stronger
