Question: i workout alot but no matter what i do i can't get this little bit of flab, i mean really little. OFF! do you know any good workout for the abs that i can use. how cani keep my diet in sync

have to watch your salt. a lot of times that last little roll is water retention. here is the thing most dont realize, body builders dont look like that all the time. they peak for compitition, and drop thier body weight to 3-5% for a very short period. it isnt even healthy to cut it that far all the time. seeing them day to day, say at the gym, their abs are often blurry and they tend to have a slight roll, usually water retention.

u cant do a fat target thing. if u wanan loose a flab there, u gonz have to work out to gets the overal fat of ur vody lezz. u shufz do stuffz thats makez u sweatz like runnin on terad mill n loose aboutz 1000 colaries (ye i kno alot but ye) u shud also start eatib lessy calorie fatty foogdz ye digg meh?
there is no workout that can substitute a good diet.. EVERYONE has perfect abs.. Most people however have them hidden by a layer of fat...welcome to the real world!
