then when your ready to take it off: hold it at the base to keep it on and then roll it off you and into a tissue but remeber that it cant be flushed down the tiolet because it'll float

A condom will just roll on when used correctly. Also, most condoms already have a spermicide on them now. Go with Trojan or Durex brand (I preferred Trojan ultra thin). To get a little more pleasure during sex, you can put a drop or two of water based lubricant in the tip of the condom before you put it on. Make sure you have as little air trapped inside as possible, as that can cause it to tear.
