If you really want to get rock hard abs then i reccommend doing the ab ripper X. Its just 1 of many vidoes by P90x. Or just do crunches,bicycles(sit on ground and act like ur riding a bike with ur hands above ur head, sets of 25 front and backwards), jumpy frog (sit on ground like your about to do a crunch spread ur hands out towards the side push your feet straight out then back in and cover ur feet with ur hands,set of 25 also), dont know name but lay flat on the ground put 1 foot in the air, and climb ur leg. just straight to the leg is hardest,1 climb easier and so on. I have found that using a medicine ball about 10 pound one and throwing it 2 a partner about 30 times works great also, or if no partner get a 35-45 pound weight and crunch with that. Theres endless ab workouts and it takes a long time to actually get it where u want, but gl with it.

need to situps or other ab exercises consistently. mebe do like 80 reps 3-4x a week and ull see results in a short time
