This is normaly very painfull for the female and also for the male.
If the female is not sexualy arroused she does not produce enough natural lubricant to allow easy insertion of the penis.
The simple method of avoiding dry sex is to make sure the female is arroused enough (wet) so you can have intercourse.
(this is one I would personaly recomend)
The other method is use a personal lubricant.. one you can get from a chemist.
