How much of a difference does creatine really make?!

Question: If I were to head to my local GMC and pay for a good brand like muscletech or some other notable brand of creatine, how much of a difference would it really make? I don't believe in loading so forget about that. But how much size and energy would it really give me, and how long would it take for me to really notice a difference? I've tried the bodyfortress kind for a couple of weeks and didn't notice anything except naseau. So someone with firsthand experience let me know.

Let me tell you about Muscletech: If you are new and you start taking this you WILL get sick and puke all over. MuscleTech has like 400 grams of sugar, and insulin precursers like chromanium and alpha-lipolic acid which have HUGE effects on your metabolism. MuscleTech is definitely not for gym newbies.

Stick to creatine monohydrate (creatine in its purest form) at first. You dont have to load it, and it will slowly add water weight that you might actually be able to retain after you stop taking it. If your or skinny or fat, creatine will have minimal muscle building effects but will always act as a lactic acid buffer (which is good because you can work out longer). But you just aint going to to start building muscle because you take creatine.

If you want to build muscle drink protein! Protein is always a weightlifters #1 priority!
